All’inizio di luglio 2019 la Commissione europea ha pubblicato gli aggiornamenti ai programmi di lavoro tematici di Horizon 2020, fornendo indicazioni sui nuovi bandi per progetti di ricerca e innovazione con scadenza nel corso del 2020. Si tratta degli ultimi bandi che vengono lanciati nel quadro di Horizon 2020.
Sulla base degli aggiornamenti del Work Programme 2018-2020 relativo alla Sfida per la Società Europe in a changing world: Inclusive, innovative and reflective societies, segnaliamo le nuove opportunità che si aprono con i tre bandi di seguito indicati. - GOVERNANCE-23-2020: Support to the networking of national R&I Think Tanks for helping co-shape and share a common perspective on R&I policy across Europe
- SU-GOVERNANCE-07-2020: The Common Foreign and Security Policy and the expanding scope of the EU's external engagement
- SU-GOVERNANCE-09-2020: Addressing radicalization through social inclusion

Aggiornamento del 12/03/2020: Al fine di tenere conto dell'impatto del COVID-19 e delle misure precauzionali adottate da diversi Stati membri, la Commissione europea ha deciso, per tutti e tre i bandi, di prorogare il termine di scadenza di una settimana. Pertanto le proposte relative ai diversi topic dei bandi indicati devono essere presentate entro le ore 17.00 (ora di Bruxelles) del 19/03/2020. Le proposte già presentate possono essere modificate fino al nuovo termine.
